My name is Solomon Mpanga, and I am the Founder of Patrick And Hellen Foundation (PAHFO), a non-governmental organization which intends to establish the Patrick And Hellen Medical Center in Mityana, Uganda. 1. Project Overview: The Patrick And Hellen Medical Center is envisioned as a facility dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of the Mityana community. Situated on Plot 2501, previously owned by my late parents, Nakanyike Hellen and Sennoga Patrick, the medical center will consist of 14 rooms, divided between the ground and first floors. In addition to providing healthcare services to the community of up to 30,000 people, the center will play a vital role in extending specialized care to sick orphans residing in the Patrick And Hellen Foundation orphanage shelters.

Vision and Mission: Our vision is to honor the legacy of my parents by establishing a medical center that not only bears their names but also reflects their commitment to the well-being of the community and the vulnerable orphans in our care. The mission of the Patrick And Hellen Medical Center is to provide accessible and affordable healthcare services, with a special focus on catering to the unique healthcare needs of sick orphans in our orphanage.
3. Project Funding: We are seeking financial support amounting to $172,000 to cover the construction costs of the medical center. The funds will be utilized for the development of the structure, including equipment and operational expenses. The project has been divided into phases, with the ground floor estimated to cost $100,000 and the first floor requiring an additional $72,000 for completion.
4. Proposed Timeline: We plan to initiate the project as soon as sufficient funds are secured. The construction will be carried out in two phases, with the ground floor as the initial phase and the first floor as the subsequent phase. The estimated timeline for completing the entire project is 1 year if your offer us an opportunity of funding.
5. Project Ownership and Accountability: The ownership of the medical center will be under the Patrick And Hellen Foundation (PAHFO), with myself, Doreen, and Joan taking immediate responsibility.
